What a great year for Lobo football fans the 2007 season
turned out to be as the Lobos not only finished the season once again as one of
the top teams in the Mountain West Conference, but they also participated and
were victorious in the 2nd New Mexico Bowl.
With that victory the 2007 can arguably be called the best
in Lobo football history, and the benefits of the bowl victory and 2007
campaign are still being felt as UNM is on the verge of signing one of the top
classes at UNM.
With all that going on Dom and I headed down to the Tow
Diehm facility to speak with the leader of the Lobo football program about his
thoughts of last season and what Lobo fans and the Lobo program get to look
forward to this upcoming year.
