Hey Lobo fans, sorry about taking a week off, but last week was very
strenuous with football and homework kicking in. However, I am back at it
once again.
This past weekend’s game was very disheartening because we lost a game that
we had numerous opportunities to take control of. Also, a big shout out to
all 33,000 plus in attendance on Saturday, it was great to see all of you out
there and hopefully you’ll continue to come back.
We must quickly put that game out of our heads and bounce back because we
have the chance to do something special this weekend in Pullman. We are
playing Washington State and they are ranked 24th and 25th, respectively, by
both polls. This will be a great challenge for my teammates and I.
Washington State is playing as well as anyone in the country thus far, so we
will have to prepare accordingly and take our “A” game on the road with
us.
I feel like we took a step in the right direction, beginning with Tuesday’s
practice, and hopefully it will carry over. I want to give our defense a
round of applause because they played an excellent game, only allowing 10
points, and if they do it again we must score enough on offense to give us the
victory. Another key to our continued success over this season is that we
must play a full 60 minutes of football and execute flawlessly because we have
yet to do that. Our slow starts in the past two losses have really hurt us
and I think it will be vital for us to come out ready to go from the opening
kickoff this Saturday.
I have to go now because more studies await, but I will be back soon and
hopefully I can report on a upset of a nationally ranked team.
We Got All The Syrup Baby!!!
Go Lobos!!!
